I had been running the Injora Gripmax tires with the foam inserts they came with. I had been wanting to try the silicone inserts and this combo offers a $9 savings over buying tires and inserts separately. I noticed that the Gripmax tires appeared to be a bigger diameter than the Cling Ons. The use of my metric Mitutoyo dial caliper proved me correct. The Gripmax measure 69 mm diameter even off a wheel while the Cling On measure 67.5 mm. These numbers are for reference only as I am thrilled with the improvement in grip and therefore the climbing ability of my TRX-4M Defender. The Cling Ons easily outperform the Gripmax tires. My Defender weighs 1.91 lbs. so, I was expecting some tire deformation climbing over stuff with the yellow (super soft) silicone inserts. Don't get much. I would like to see an even softer insert compound. Again, this is for reference only as these tires and inserts have greatly altered the climbing ability of my RC truck for the better!

Great for lighter rigs on smooth surfaces.
If you like heavier wheels, not so good.
Tread walls are thin so deform/squish under decent pressure.

Awesome product made the truck perform better just wish there was something softer I even vented my tires, just have to wait for more stuff to come out

The product is great but no option for express shipping it took almost a month to get. 👎🏼
