I wanted to reduce the speed for more crawling power. Installed the under drive in both front and rear. Paired it with the od/ud portal gears too. More torque for bigger tires, more crawling power. Easy install too.

How do you install these?

Just install them in the axle and replace the stock gears

I bought these OD/UD ring and pinion gears.
Where do I put the rubber o-rings?
Should the metal shims be placed on the pinion shaft?
Testing the truck upside down I feel slight vibration. I can't find no direction for these

Why would I use I the rubber o rings or chims provided? Any instructions on where to use these or if there even needed? Thanks

It depends on the specific fit of your build and gears. Typically, if there is excessive backlash or noise in the gears, o-rings and shims will help improve the setup. If you don't notice any backlash issues or unusual noise, you don't need to use these shims or o-rings for now.
