It seems to me a high quality servo, it takes a bit of work to assemble and adjust it in the car but in the end it's worth it. The images speak for themselves.

Parfait
The servo works fine but, the mounting tray threads were non-existent and I had to find longer screws a put a nut on them to mount the servo!
This servo is an absolute animal even running off of v1 AE-6 esc. It'll throw my 499g deadbolt around like a rag doll. 8/10 reccomendation for the price! BUT!! BEWARE!!
PROS:
Exceptional Torque
No brownouts with v1 AE-6 esc (tested with no bec but definitely run a bec)
Price v.s. performance
Phenomenal visual aesthetic
Quiet and tight
Smooth operation with no twitch or skipping
CONS:
**Factory wire placement (the wires exit the side of the servo which makes deadbolt front links difficult to rout wiring without contact to the chassis)
Servo mount is terribly threaded (better get your long screws and nuts out)
Doesn't come with washers for servo mounting bolts (I used shock spacers, the heads barely caught the servo mounting ears if you use the center mounting slot)
Only water resistant
Overall a fantastic value, you just cant get over zealous with tightening the screws and, as with all upgrades to these micro crawlers, you need to have backup hardware.

I have been running this servo in my main competition vehicle ever since the servo first hit the market. I have not had the issues with the mount that others have had. Mine fit well and holds the servo tight. Plenty of power for big tires and heavier vehicles. Pretty quick response time as well. I have never been in a situation where I thought I needed a more powerful servo. If you are putting this into a vehicle with the stock frame rails, just know that this servo is a good bit larger than the stock servo, and it may hit the rails and/or bumper mount. If you are running an aftermarket chassis it shouldn't be an issue.
This servo is smooth, powerful, quiet and powerful! The case is stylish and the machining and finish is very good. The servo arm finish and styling well compliments the servo and mating it to the metal crown gear was smooth and easy.
The servo tray fit leaves a little to be desired as it is slightly deeper than the servo, leaving it suspended in the mount rather than seated securely upon it. The alloy used is soft so, special care should be exercised to avoid stripping the threads when securing the servo to the mount. Address those issues and I would give the servo/mount/arm package a 5 star rating!
The servo seems great so far, best on the market for power/$. Disappointing it''s not waterproof like the 7,5kg servo. But the servo tray is pretty awful. Slop all around, and the included hardware is made out of melted cheese, which means a screw stripping festival... and considering the slop in the tray, if you don''t tighten those screws tighter than a nun''s you-know-what, expect the servo to dance dance dance
Will the servo horn fit the PTK 9497 MG-D servo?
Probably not.
This is compatible with the Injora lcg carbon fiber chassis right?
Not recommended, as it may require adjustments.
Hi, the servo and mount do not fit between the Base camp chassis. It rubs on both sides. Also the cable rubs against the sharp edge of the chassis. What do I do now? LCG carbon chassis is no option because of the purple viper..

Injora: can you please bring out more upgradable parts for the FCX24 platform e.g. servos? FCX24 is as common as the SCX24, and you are losing out to competitors? i rather buy from you.

Probably not, please see what your BEC output voltage is, the max Operating Voltage of this servo is 8.4V

Yes compatible with scx24 GX470

No, BEC is not a must. We made it to stabilise the voltage because sometimes the output voltage of the stock TRX4M ESC is unstable.
