Works great!

I ordered the land rover one and should have ordered the bronco one, my bad! I modified the area that is tight near under the front window using a metal file, it works awesome. Im using a lay down servo and have 100% clearance! I also had the stand up servo for a while and it was also perfect, with the exception that the bumper/shell clip piece was still touching the servo at extreme contortions but I used the file to remove the minimal little edge of the plastic that was the offender and now it works great with either orientation!

Should update their listing

They really should update their listing and add a disclaimer in the product description that says that this does not work with a lay down servo mount, not even their own. If someone is buying this to lower their center of gravity there is a high likelihood they are also going to install a lay down servo. I would also say all the questions asked below regarding the fitment of a lay down servo would also indictae they need to add a disclaimer (I did not see the questions about the lay down servo until after i received the product).

Why does this not work with lay down servo and every other frame does? Also someone left a 1 star review saying that this frame did not work with a lay down servo, and right next to that there is a 5 star review, saying that they were able to use a lay down servo without any issues. So what is it? And why?

Looking to get an Injora LCG Chassis for myTRX-4M Defender but I see x3 versions all quite similar. Why do Injora make all 3 and why would someone choose one over the other? 4M-111 aluminium chassis 4M-32 carbon with 5 degree angle (is this angling the front low to prevent lift/tipping when climbing steeps?) 4M-89 carbon chassis without the 5 degree angle but with even more shock mount holes, continuing down the sides of the chassis Why choose aluminum vs carbon? do all x3 chassis allow for screws to be fixed on the screw holes of the rails without nuts? Any help much appreciated :-)

The carbon chassis will be lighter and the metal will be more heavy, but will be more durable. With the angled skid plate, it helps the break over approach, and I would recommend getting one with an angled skid plate. You won't get hung up on as many obstacles. The chassis need nuts, but they come with all of the hard ware. The shock mounting is good, but as long as they aren't perpendicular to the wheels, then that is good.
