INJORA Purple Viper 1721 Brushless Motor for 1/18 TRX4M Ascent-18

Compatibility:

  • ESC: Compatible with INJORA MBL32 ESC, OR30 ESC and QuicRun Mini24 ESC. Not compatible with other ESCs!
  • Transmission: Compatible with 1/18 TRX4M, 1/18 Redcat Ascent18 transmissions, not compatible with 370 transmission.
  • Battery: 3S batteries are highly recommended for optimal performance and smoother low-speed control.

Note:

  • Some noise at mid-throttle is normal for the 1721 motor due to its high-speed, open-rotor design. This does not indicate a defect.
  • The 1721 Purple Viper is best for rigs under 700g. For heavier rigs, we recommend the 2204 Fat Viper for stronger drag brake performance.

Great price but motor has bad harmonics

The motor howls at about 40% throttle and with the body on it's even louder. If it wasn't for the noise it would be a pretty decent setup.

Great combo for not a lot of money

I recently got this to put in my Ascent 18. It works well. Install is quick and easy. Only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that the included programmer only works on Windows, so if you're like me and a Mac user you can't program it. If they update it to work on Macs I'll change my rating to 5 stars.

Worth the upgrade

The 1721 is the replacement for the 1621. Had problems with the 1621.. injora replaced with 1721 and so far so good. Love the power! Slow crawl is incredible too. Dynamite in a small package..Totally worth it.

Yes it's compatible with TRX4M high trail.
You will also need a MBL32 ESC, a transmitter and a receiver with CH2 as our ESCs are not compatible with stock TRX4M ECM
