There are 2 different mounting brackets to fit different screws:
- M1.4 screws fit 1/24 cars such as: SCX24, AX24
- M2.0 screws fit 1/18 1/24 cars such as: TRX4M, Ascent18

Great kit, love how easy to install this was. Wiring is easy to figure out with provided zip ties, VERY bright. Brighter than my INJORA headlights. These do get pretty hot tho just be careful you can for sure burn your fingers if your running these for a long time

Are the 1.4 lights physically smaller than the 2.0 or just the size hole?
The difference lies in the screws.
can the leds be run directly with 7.4V or is the control unit mandatory to use them with 7.4V?
I recommend connecting it to 7.4V via the controller.
which screw M2 or M1.4 will fit the Venture18?
I think may be M2.0.
Will you be making these for 1/10 scale ????
I would think if the hardware is the same size you could just get 8 or so lights and a Y-wire for a larger build

Yes it does. YOu just need a Y connetor. My defender has the light kit pro, the lighbar and the rock light all fully functioning when driving :-)
Would this work with my red cat ascent 18? I have the stock remote and receiver and I was wondering because it says it’s a three channel receiver and I don’t see the location for the third channel port.
Yep, it's a standard "servo" plug.

Can a splitter be used with the controller to add in more lights? How many lights could be added if so? Thanks
Can I just plug in the light without using the Controller?
